This hybrid jacket with Polartec® Power Stretch® material is one of the most progressive Ski-Touring series jackets from NORTHFINDER. This extremely elastic material retains heat and provides excellent natural ventilation during downhill skiing or extreme sports. Selected parts of the jacket (front, sleeves, shoulder, etc.) are of ultra-lightweight and highly elastic material with windproof membrane that protects against the wind, especially on ski descents and trekking peaks during inclement weather. Reinforced with a Power Grid single layer fleece lining - a highly breathable material that liberates water vapor movement and quickly wicks sweat from skin to material surface where it quickly evaporates. The fabric’s patented grid-shaped design characterises this material. Low weight, increased evaporation efficiency and breathabilty of channels at absorption touch points and subsequent wicking of steam. Although the jacket is primarily designed for ski-alpinism/trekking, it’s also ideal for other sports such as cross-country skiing, winter running, and cycling.
