I want to return goods

Within a 14-day period, you can return goods purchased in our e-shop without giving a reason. The period begins when the customer receives the last item from the order.

  1. Fill in and print this FORM (use the ORDER No.). Please state the reason for the return.

  2. Carefully pack the clean and undamaged goods in the original packaging with labels and the completed form.

  3. Ship the goods to Northfinder a.s., Rastislavova 109, 951 41 Lužianky, Slovakia and keep the shipment confirmation.*

  4. After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days in the same form of payment as at the time of the order.

I want to exchange goods

If the goods do not fit or you are not satisfied with the colour or cut, we are happy to exchange the goods within 14 days.

  • You need the same goods, but in a different size – depending on availability, we will ship them directly to your address after receipt of the goods.

  • If you need to exchange the goods for completely different goods – order them directly and ship the goods back to us for an exchange.

  1. Fill in the appropriate FORM (use the ORDER No.)

    1. Indicate the replacement product and its size.

    2. If you require a different colour or a different product, order the goods directly.

  2. Pack the clean and undamaged goods in the original packaging with labels and the completed form.

  3. Ship the goods to Northfinder a.s., Rastislavova 109, 951 41 Lužianky, Slovakia and keep the shipment confirmation.*

  4. After receipt of the returned goods, we will exchange the goods according to stock availability or refund the purchase price within 14 days in the same form of payment as at the time of the order.

  5. We will ship the exchanged goods directly to your address.

I want to claim goods

  • If within the 14-day period you find that the goods are damaged, we will replace the goods or refund your money.

  • If the defect in the goods manifests itself when worn within the 24-month warranty period, follow the Complaints Procedure.

  1. Fill in and print FORM (use the ORDER No. or invoice No.)

  2. Pack the goods with the completed form.

  3. Ship the goods to Northfinder a.s., Rastislavova 109, 951 41 Lužianky, Slovakia and keep the shipment confirmation.

  4. In accordance with the COMPLAINT PROCEDURE, we will propose a solution to the complaint or, after delivery of the claimed goods, refund the purchase price.

*Shipping costs for the return or exchange of goods are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept Cash on Delivery and the goods will be returned to the sender.
