I want to withdraw from the contract / return part of the order

Within the 14-day period, you can return goods purchased in our e-shop without giving a reason. The deadline begins when the last item from the order is accepted.

  1. After delivery of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. If you paid by card through the payment gateway, the payment will be returned to the card. If you paid via PayPal, you will receive your money there. But if you paid cash on delivery, we will return the money by bank transfer. So in that case we’ll need your account number.

I want to exchange goods

If the size or colour isn’t good, we’ll gladly exchange the product within 14 days. However, it is only possible to exchange goods of the same model for a different size or colour. You can’t exchange for completely different goods - such as trousers for a jacket. We send new goods directly to your address only after receiving the returned goods. Product reservation is not possible.

I want to make a claim

If you discover that the goods are damaged within the 14-day period, we will replace the goods or refund your money.

If the fault of the goods becomes apparent when worn within the 24-month warranty period, proceed according to the Complaints Procedure.
