The unique outdoor shoe from NORTHFINDER has a waterproof membrane and excellent Megagrip sole from VIBRAM®. The medium-soft sole, thanks to the high-quality rubber compound tested over the years, provides excellent stability. It offers traction even on a wet surface, when descending, on grass or on a forest floor. It provides stability even in light climbing sections, thanks to moderately hard design. Pattern with 4 mm depth expels mud and dirt. EVA foam bonded 2-layer midsole cushions and distributes shocks. The foot is seated on a shaped and replaceable Ortholite insole with arch support, and the shoe fixes it by lacing up to the toe. A thin flexible tongue with foam padding and side sewn gussets distributes the pressure of tightened laces and minimizes dirt entry. A mesh lining ensures foot ventilation. Each sole was cut differently, the left shoe was pushing because of it. I returned them.
Total deazmagirde part with waterproof. The membrane (if any) is of very poor quality. They took water on the first lap, in which I just walked a bit through wet grass. Same thing happened on other laps, canf just walked through some swampy areas (not walked for minutes, just occasionally a step where the water briefly went over the galoshes). The water was absorbed by the skin and immediately transferred to the socks :( Otherwise they are comfortable and have a good grip on rocks.

The shoes are very good, very light and very pleasant to walk in!! They last a lot - they haven't gotten wet yet and I've walked a lot in wet environments - but all day hiking in the rain they weren't ☺️ they are beautiful, lightweight and fulfill their purpose - I'm very satisfied and thank Northfinder for them!!!
they are fine light but they start to get wet in the rain on the tour and I also impregnated them
I am satisfied with the shoes. It fits me even though I have wider feet. Even after the first hike I didn't have blisters, and I was hiking in quite difficult terrain with a considerable incline.
excellent shoes, even for wider feet, comfortable, super sole, in mud and rain they lasted dry for hours... I compare with other ( membranes of different type), I can only recommend
+ comfortable + light + really great sole, which does not slip on wet grass or asphalt - 20 min walking on wet grass is fine, but 30-45 min and more they are soaked even if I have impregnated them. Njvacsi problem is the side of the shoes (outer sides)-/+ gulate snurky with always a problem, but in the package there are also replacements

They hold the colour, the only minus are the laces which sometimes 'self untie' , but I solved that with a contra knot. And even at the beginning the last row of lacing above the ankle was pushing me, but it settled down in about a week, or I found a compromise between the shoe being tightly laced and not pushing me.For me so far satisfaction, I am strongly considering a second pair purely just for the 'city'(I work as a forester, most of my walking in this shoe is terrain of all kinds).

They hold the colour, the only minus are the laces which sometimes 'self untie' , but I solved that with a contra knot. And even at the beginning the last row of lacing above the ankle was pushing me, but it settled down in about a week, or I found a compromise between the shoe being tightly laced and not pushing me.For me so far satisfaction, I am strongly considering a second pair purely just for the 'city'(I work as a forester, most of my walking in this shoe is terrain of all kinds).
Today I received these Teram outdoor boots from Northfinder and the first impression is great. They are very comfortable, the inside is well and pleasantly lined and the Ortholite insole is nice. I have a wider foot and these boots fit me nicely. In addition, the size also matches, I wear mostly 47 EUR and in these shoes I still have half a digit reserve for a thicker sock or swollen foot. I will test the Vibram sole in slippery terrain soon :)
