The dimensions given correspond to reality. For 179cm/ 74kg, the extended L fits. There is also clearance for the thermal pad. There was no need for lining. They already were. I keep them.
The pants don't have a hem, which helps if you want to fit them for your height. They look great, even if they are extra long, for taller people they are ideal.
